At MoFit Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare Your Item

    Carefully disassemble and repackage the item in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected during transit and qualifies for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup

    Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient time to collect the furniture from your home.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
